I've recommitted myself to my fitness goals! Yay for me!
So I know that I needed to eat more today, but I think I did pretty well. Here's my food journal for today:
Apple Pie Larabar (Yum)
A couple of handfuls of assorted nuts (raw almonds, walnuts, and pecans)
A veggie patty with vegan chili, banana peppers, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes
A couple of cups of coffee with soymilk
Frozen blueberries
I also elliptical-ed for 12-ish minutes until a treadmill was free, then I grabbed one and ran for 33-ish minutes for 45 minutes of cardio.
Tomorrow I'm going to yoga at 9:15 and I might run later in the day.
I bought this super-cute skirt at H&M a few weeks ago without trying it on, and it's a little tight. My goal is to be able to wear it on the plane home comfortably. Will post picture in near future.
