Here's the Skinny

I'm on a mission to lose my lovehandles. I plan on using this blog as a way to hold myself accountable for my actions and keep me on track. 

My first project is to keep a meticulous record of everything I eat for this next week. That way I can figure out how many calories I'm consuming and if I'm eating enough protein, etc. 

Sad but true. And funny.



My scale is mean, so I'm going to use goal outfits to measure my progress. I'll post a picture tomorrow.
