Here's my ridiculously detailed schedule for tomorrow (the theory is that if I write it down I'll do it- so let's see how that goes)
7 am - Wake up. Go downstairs, eat a piece of fruit (a banana, orange, grapefruit, or apple) and drink a glass of water. Take vitamins. Get changed and go for a 40 minute run.
8 ish- Return from run and eat a bowl of steel-cut oats with blueberries for breakfast. Shower. Prepare for day.
9-9:30 is- Go to work. Drink a bunch of water.
12:30 pm- Lunch. Eat a salad and 2 veggie patties.
1:30- Class
2:40- Watch Ran by Kurosawa until 4:45. Eat a snack- fruit or veggies and hummus
4:55- Walk/jog to yoga
5:15-Yoga
6:30- Walk back to Wellesley- maybe pickup a latte and fruit cup.
6:45 ish- Dinner. TBD.
7:30- Shower. Finish watching Ran. Outline presentation, write response.
9:30- write paper proposal for MIT class
10:30- Do ES reading
11:30-12 Bed
I'll let you know how this pans out tomorrow. Hopefully having it written out will encourage me to follow it!
Today, my eating was not so good, but I did go on a run/walk. Though my knee did start hurting quite a bit. I'm sure that will pass.
Sorry there's still no pictures. I'll work on that.
